Using Woezor

Users must provide accurate information, keep accounts secure, and use Woezor lawfully. We may restrict accounts, listings, orders, or activity that violates marketplace rules or creates safety, fraud, payment, or operational risk.

Orders and payments

Product prices, availability, delivery timelines, and seller details may change. Orders are confirmed only after successful checkout or accepted payment flow. Payment methods may include mobile money, card, and pay on delivery where available.

Sellers and listings

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, fair pricing, fulfillment, customer communication, and compliance with Woezor marketplace standards.

Returns, support, and disputes

Woezor may assist with buyer and seller support, but product issues, returns, refunds, and delivery disputes may depend on the seller, payment method, product condition, and applicable law.
